                                     🛩 Getting to Siargao Island (Plane & Boat Guide) To help you map out your journey to the lodge, here are the most common and reliable routes used by our international guests arriving from Canada, Europe, and the US. ✈️

 Option 1: Flying Directly to Siargao (Sayak Airport - IAO) This is the fastest and most convenient way to reach the island. • Domestic Connections:

✈️ Option 1: Connecting via Cebu (Recommended Route) This is the most reliable and common route for travelers landing in Manila. • Step 1: From Manila (NAIA), catch a domestic flight to Mactan-Cebu International Airport (CEB). Multiple airlines (Philippine Airlines, Cebu Pacific, and AirAsia) fly this path all day long.

 • Step 2: From Cebu, take a direct connecting flight to Siargao (Sayak Airport - IAO) via Cebgo, PAL Express, or Sunlight Air. • Important Note: Siargao’s runway has no lights, so flights cannot land after dark. Ensure your connection leaves Cebu before 3:00 PM! ✈️

Option 2: Flying Direct from Clark Airport (CRK) If you want a nonstop flight to the island without connecting through Cebu, you must fly from Clark Airport, located about 2 hours north of Metro Manila. • The Flights: Nonstop flights from Clark to Siargao are operated daily by Cebgo and Sunlight Air. • Getting to Clark: You can take a direct Genesis bus from Manila NAIA airport terminals straight to Clark Airport Terminal (roughly a 2 to 3-hour journey depending on traffic).

  Finding the Lodge in Pacifico Once you land at Siargao's Sayak Airport (IAO), our lodge in Pacifico is roughly 30 mins by trycycle ( cheapest way ) or 20 mins by van ( very expensive ) ,  you can also hire a motorbike from the airport for your stay period if travelling light, it will save you money on transfers and renting from those inside Pacifico that hire and great for getting around if you have a day off from fishing !

 ⛴ Option 2: Taking the Ferry via Surigao City If direct flights to the island are booked out or you prefer a scenic sea route, you can travel by boat. • The Flight: Fly into Surigao City Airport (SUG) via a connecting domestic flight from Cebu or Manila.

 • The Ferry: From the airport, take a short tricycle or taxi ride to the Surigao City Port. Comfortable, high-speed passenger ferries (like Evaristo & Sons or Fortune Angel) run daily between Surigao Port and Dapa Port in Siargao. The boat ride takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. • Arrival: Once you arrive at Dapa Port in Siargao, it is a smooth 45-minute drive straight up the scenic circumferential road to our resort in Pacifico. From Dapa port it is roughly 1 hour to get to Pacifico by trike , via Jeepny or Tuk Tuk it is around 45 mins all transport is available outside the port in the parking area except Jeepnies which can be found in the terminal opposite the port entrance ,

⛴ Option 3: The Overnight Ferry from Cebu (Best for Heavy Luggage & Rod Tubes) If flights are sold out, or if you are traveling with large bags, you can take a scenic sea journey from Cebu.

 • Step 1: Head to Cebu Pier 3 Terminal. High-quality overnight lines like Cokaliong and Starlite Ferries depart every evening around 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM. You can book a comfortable tourist bed or private cabin, sleep through the 9-hour journey, and arrive at Surigao City Port at dawn.

 • Step 2: Walk straight over to the local fast-craft ferry terminal (like Evarista ) for a connection to Siargao Island port of Dapa
